Infrequent Fliers
We have a gazillion unused frequent flier miles on United so we're hoping they don't file Chapter 11. I read a case study on Southwest Airlines in business school and was pretty impressed... it's touted as one of the only airlines that is intelligently run, and the market obviously thinks highly of it, given its outperformance of the Airline Index. Time for a little LUVin'? |
