The Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day happen to fall on the same day today (different calendars). Which meant that we had to eat the obligatory moon cake and shoot off the obligatory fireworks. Skipped the latter bit because it rained.

Underdressed this morning (it was chilly) so I'm sniffling a bit now, doing battle with the incipient cold. Enjoyed cost accounting today... we're doing Activity-Based Costing (A.B.C. -- gotta keep things simple for the very dense MBA students) which I think is a blast.
