Chat and Pizza Party on Sunday Night

I always found candlevolume charts invaluable when day trading because the moments of pause or hesitation show up so clearly, which makes the low-risk spots to enter just jump out at you.

The Real Estate Market in Beijing Has Its Peculiarities

Unshakeable high house prices in Beijing, by Sun Xiaosheng:

No, I don't have any idea what they're talking about, and I speak Chinglish. ;-) All I know is that we're having a heck of a time finding a place to buy here. If the building is in a good location, the apartments are horribly designed or badly built (often both), and if the building is in a good location and the apartment is nice, then the asking price is over 20,000 RMB (~$2500) / sqm and Uncle Morty and I are unwilling to pay that much. The search continues....
