Chat and Pizza Party on Sunday NightDon't forget to come to Sunday night's chat at 8 PM, EST. We won't really be having a pizza party, but I am going to focus on the restaurant industry this week (think Domino's, California Pizza Kitchen, Papa John's, etc.). Everyone's welcome and I will post a complete transcript for those (mainly European chatters) who can't make it. Posted on June 16, 2005 at 8:00, GMT
The Value of Candlevolume Charts When Stocks Go BOOMBOOM started to go boom (sorry, couldn't resist) after 2 PM yesterday, and no doubt the scanners of every single day trader on the planet picked it up within seconds after takeoff. If the building is in a good location, the apartments are horribly designed or badly built (often both), and if the building is in a good location and the apartment is nice, then the asking price is over 20,000 RMB (~$2500) / sqm and Uncle Morty and I are unwilling to pay that much. The search continues.... Posted on June 16, 2005 at 7:00, GMT
