PWAV for Dummies, Chat Room Probably Open at 8AMThe morning chat will not be held as consistently as I had originally hoped since it conflicts with baby's bath time, and She Who Must Be Obeyed has declared that baby trumps buddies. Anyway, we should be able to meet a couple of times a week, and I'll announce in advance when the room will be open. In yesterday's chat we focused on PWAV, which was an early mover and gave a lovely Dummy spot once the regular-hours session began. Come by today at around 8AM ... the room usually closes at 9AM.

Morgan Stanley Initiates Coverage of the China Internet IndustryRichard Ji and Mary Meeker published a new report: Creating Consumer Value in Digital China. (Print it through page 72, before the slide presentation begins.) Their top picks are Ctrip, NetEase and TenCent. These stocks are all trading at or near all-time highs. I have yet to see a firm initiate coverage of a sector where their top picks are trading at all-time lows. ;-)
