Bling!
I’ve always loved Zippo lighters; I bought the one on the left yesterday. It’s called “Bling,” model 20957. I think it was released earlier this year. Fabulous, isn’t it?
UPDATE: My model 20957 was manufactured in November 2005.

Todd: Only when someone offers me one (which is about every two minutes in China). I also like smoking a pipe but have run out of good tobacco for the last year or so.

Where is the origin of tobacco consumed in China? Is US grown still considered the highest quality? Just curious.

dayo: China grows a lot of tobacco, but US-grown tobacco has a lot of cachet here. Most of the Marlboros here are manufactured in Vietnam using what I assume is Vietnam-grown tobacco … and I’d guess that a large percentage of name-brand cigarettes being sold in China are fake (locally-grown tobacco is rolled and packaged to look like Marlboro, Davidoff, etc.)

scoot: I don’t really smoke that often, and *never* indoors, so don’t worry. As far as the T-shirt goes, this old capitalist does it toothlessly, not ruthlessly. ;-)

DT: I’m not too familiar with 50cent, though I have heard of “Get Rich or Die Tryin’.” I also saw one of his music videos and admired his “prison gym physique.”
