Chinese Character Flashcards
Online Chinese Talking Flashcards
The YellowBridge Chinese Flashcards are designed to help students memorize as many Chinese characters as possible. They work just like the real world cardboard flashcards where a front side provides the prompt while a back side provides the correct answer. However, they also provide many advantages that are not possible in cardboard flashcards, such as instant dictionary reference, interactive pronunciation, and session statistics.
A great site that I use to keep my Chinese character recognition up to snuff. You only have to memorize a couple thousand characters to become semi-literate.

Hi,
And just how hard is it to memorize 2 thousand characters?
Great blog.

Clive: Thanks for the kind words. I’d guess it takes about 300 hours not including pee breaks.
