FTSE/Xinhua China 25 ETF Moves to New Relative High
The FXI moved to a new relative high and fellow China bulls are slapping each other on the back and smiling. Other strong areas during the recent market swoon were Consumer Staples, Utilities, and the Select Dividend fund (all of which I’ve pointed out to my readers).
