Nasdaq 100 Index: Then and Now
The Q’s have been treading water for a long time, but this year they’ve started to underperform badly. Anyone holding them now is hurting.

It isn’t like the old days where all you needed was a healthy slug of Q’s to outperform. The tricky bit then was hopping off the tiger in time … those watching relative performance scrammed in Q4 2000 at the latest. Then there were those of us who had fallen in love and ignored the charts, a crazy and costly affair. [sigh]
