Notable New Highs — October 31, 2006

So-so morning with sellers hitting at 11 AM (precisely) then buyers showed up at 3 PM (precisely). Why are these program traders so fixated on round numbers?

    apcc looks interesting to me.

    Cancer is the big trend though and celgene has just delivered.
