Add in a failed test of the 200-day MA by the SOX makes this sector even more depressing.

The semis are strange because some of the old bellweathers like AMAT, MU, NVLS, and even INTC simply haven’t performed well at all for quite a while. Some new names that are semi related have done pretty well though (NVDA and SNDK).

Hi CM & others,
does anyone know how to code OHLC for the “relative” indicator in metastock? I tried searching thru the net but found nothing.. what I use right now is close/close(other), but have no idea how to put OHL in 1 bar..
Thx in advance..

Erwin: I’m not sure what you mean … when you create a composite security in Downloader, I think it divides all values (OHLC), but maybe it’s just the Close… I don’t have Metastock in front of me, but I’ll take a look later when I get a chance.
