Utilities (XLU) are like the Energizer Bunny — they just keep going and going (up).

Whirlpool (WHR) was the stock du jour moving to a new high on over nine times normal volume.

    CM, I like the idea of trading WHR premkt, check out PCAR pm too. Also broker knows of no Yugo ETF to short. I’ll check with my shoe cobbler in Belgrade. He can direct me to the right taxi! HA!

    BL: You mean WHR pre-market on the 24th? I wasn’t watching so I don’t know if the scanner actually picked it up then, but with the new high and unusual volume after the open, it had to be front and center around the world.

    And do we say Belgrade is in Serbia or is Yugoslavia still the way to go? I prefer whichever is the politically incorrect term.
