Stock to Watch — Essex Property Trust (ESS)

There is so much strength in the REITs that I’m featuring yet another one today (yesterday I featured SL Green Realty). Essex moved to a new high on about twice average volume. Check out the pretty symmetrical triangle that has formed on the weekly chart.

Essex Property Trust, Inc., a real estate investment trust, engages in the ownership, acquisition, development, and management of multifamily apartment communities in the United States. Essex Property Trust was founded in 1971 and is headquartered in Palo Alto, California.
