Stocks Du Jour, China A-Share Fund, Buffett & Friends
A few semi-random things before I run out the door: all three of these stocks du jour (DNDN, NUVO, CEGE) were active pre-open and Dummies had no excuse for not stalking them. Study the charts closely.

Morgan Stanley’s China A-Share Fund (CAF) moved to a new all-time high (following the A-Share market of course). This is the only US-listed product I know of that gives foreign investors access to China’s domestic share market.

The only thing about the dummy plays last night was that general tone was kind of weak and looked like it was going to get choppy.

To be honest it was a very small position, just so I’d keep an eye on it. The kick in the pants is I had my finger on the trigger to buy more last week after it bounced nicely off the 50% retracement of its last pop.

[…] I’ll feature a weekly chart of the Morgan Stanley China A closed-end fund (CAF), which I first mentioned back in April. I’ve shut up about China stocks being overvalued and quit trying to pick a top, so the end may well be nigh. (See, I can’t help myself.) […]
