It’s good to grade your daily performance when you day trade for a living. This is my checklist and I assign 20 points to each action; perfect execution is a 100% score.

1) Did you patiently wait for your play to appear? (no rando trades, no FOMO trades, no revenge trades)

2) Did you correctly size your bet? (no oversizing or undersizing)

3) Did you instantly place your initial protective stop once filled? (no tinkering, no pulling stops)

4) Did you correctly manage the open position? (adding, tightening stop)

5) Did you exit all of your position at target? (no premature evacuation, no partial profits taken)
