133 minute running time, so way way way too long … I abandoned this at the one hour mark and should have quit sooner … Marion Morrison with his weird way of talking and walking … pretty boy Montgomery Clift may explain why John Farr recommended this, but I hated this one … dumb violence, fake Injun attacks, phony father-son psycho-drama, it just sucked.
